Jennifer a long beach local grew up in the event industry. onsite with her parents at casino night productions dealing blackjack as her high school job. later becoming more involved with the office and delivery logistics of the operation. the transition to hospitality staffing came easy to her after running the recruiting and talent development portion of her family business, d&e casino services, starting night & day productions an event staffing agency in her early twenties that operated with a team of 500 employees at its peak before closing in 2019.

her newest adventure is with jennifer miranda event planning and production. taking her experience from the staffing agency to develop teams of specialized staff to a more boutique business and incorporating day of coordination.

when she is not in the field producing events she loves making unique dining experiences in her own home. a passionate traveler with a life goal of seeing every country. she enjoys wine tasting and crafting delicious cocktails, is an avid walker averaging 50 miles a week. attention to details and design is not just a professional strength but a personal passion especially with details for home decorating.

What makes JM Event planning different then any other Coordination and staffing service? 

First off our owner has Eighteen years of Hospitality experience. Combining both experience coordinating details of Private, corporate and weddings with her knowledge of food service and a passion for logistics and details. She is the woman to have onsite anytime there are logistics that are out of the norm and you need someone who can see outside of the box. Plan ahead and also adapt on the fly. 

This is what sets us apart! We specialize in taking food & beverage from a variety of sources and creating a cohesive service. What does this mean you might ask. Our goal is for your guest to never know that the food and beverage service might not necessarily all becoming from the same place. 

Whether we are receiving food from a restaurant, working with an onsite caterer who does not provide staff or pairing with a Food truck we fill in the pieces to make your service as hands on or as basic as you need. 

For our bar services we will receive your alcohol delivery, setup the bar, pour the drinks, and then box all of the leftovers. 

You might be asking if we just service weddings. The answer is no we also love "working" assisting with creating pop up nightclubs! What is a pop up nightclub you might ask. We work with promoters for events like Coachella pre and after parties to setup bars and bottle service at estates for anywhere from 500 to 4000 guests.   

Our team is also available for Rehearsal dinners, corporate events , and private parties!
