A Long Beach local, Jennifer Miranda was practically raised in the event industry. She got her start working alongside her parents at Casino Night Events, dealing blackjack in high school before transitioning into office operations and logistics. Her passion for hospitality grew naturally, leading her to oversee recruiting and talent development at her family’s business, D&E Casino Services.
In her early twenties, she launched Night & Day Productions, an event staffing agency that grew to a team of 500 employees at its peak before closing in 2019. Now, she’s channeling that expertise into her newest venture—Jennifer Miranda Event Planning & Production—a boutique approach to event coordination, combining specialized staffing with seamless day-of execution.
When she’s not in the field producing unforgettable events, Jennifer loves curating unique dining experiences at home. A passionate traveler with a lifelong goal of visiting every country, she also enjoys wine tasting, crafting delicious cocktails, and long walks—averaging an impressive 50 miles a week. Her love for details and design extends beyond events, bringing a refined touch to home decor and everyday experiences.
