Not afraid to get their hands dirty, banquet captain’s primary function is to oversee the whole production. They make sure that banquet waiters and bartenders are aware of the timeline and serve as the single contact point for our clients. This makes it easy to keep the event running smoothly and keep consistent direction throughout the entire hospitality service team.
The primary purpose of the busser is to remove plates and glassware from the tables when guests have finished with them. For large banquet events bussers provide essential support for the servers. Bussers can also help with buffet management and assist with in seat water service.
Performing numerous roles throughout the production, our wait staff team goes above and beyond to create the event you dreamed of. Taking care of setup to make sure the details are exact as you envisioned, managing food service during the entirety of your event, providing in seat drink service to your guests, maintaining the cleanliness, making sure rentals are collected and put away and taking care of the final breakdown. From informal to formal events, our teams goal is to provide standout service to all.
If you will be doing all the cooking yourself but need a little extra help, a kitchen assistant can be a good choice. They are happy to help with the prep work chopping and mixing salads. They are also great to help you find what you need and keep the kitchen clean.
A great host makes all their guests feel welcome, and keeps the food and drinks flowing. An event host can adopt all these responsibilities leaving you free to mingle. From answering the door and taking coats to managing food displays and passing wine, event hosts keep the party moving. An event host also helps to keep everything picked up making a hangover the only downside to your party.
Bartending services for all occasions. If you are looking for someone to mix cocktails or just pour beer and wine we are here for you. Even for those who don’t partake in alcohol, our bartenders can mix up a mocktail with fresh juices to suit your taste. We can provide LEAD certified bartenders for venues that require certifications.
The first person onsite and the last person to leave. The Day of Coordinator is responsible for:
-Final Proofing of timeline and delivery/confirmation of your vendors
-Lineup and Coordination of Music & Bridal Party for Wedding
-Assisting with bride & wedding party with dressing and guiding through photos
-Setup of Reception area with the assistance of your vendors
-Final Walk thru with Venue Manager and Vendors for close out of evening
-Responsible for all Vendors and point person for the entire day
-Cueing and ensuring punctual execution of Vendor responsibilities
-Gathering all personal items at the end of reception (gifts, cards, decor)

Bar Managers are the perfect addition to our pop up Nightclub events. Arriving hours before the rest of the team or the day before to:
-Monitor build out of bar and tables to ensure beverage service will be efficient
-Receive Liquor deliveries and organize product received from sponsors
-Setup Bar stations
-Oversee staff throughout event
-Organize and Oversee Bottle Service
-Assist team with final cleanup
